SnipCSS Kiwi is a free browser extension and website provided by Productive Mark LLC (the "SnipCSS creator"). By installing the extension or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use them.

1. The software is free and provided "as is"

SnipCSS Kiwi is offered free of charge, with no account, subscription, or payment required. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Productive Mark LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the extension or website.

2. Responsible use of extracted content

SnipCSS extracts HTML and CSS from web pages you choose to run it on. You are responsible for how you use that output. Content on other websites may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other rights — extracting it does not transfer those rights to you. Use SnipCSS for learning, prototyping, and your own original work, and respect the rights of others.

3. No ongoing service obligation

SnipCSS Kiwi is a wind-down release of a project that is no longer actively developed. We may stop distributing or supporting it at any time, and we make no guarantee of updates, availability, or compatibility.

4. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
